We offer a 14-day refund window from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Photos of any damage or quality concerns must be provided for review

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Valid Refund Reasons

Refunds are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item arrived defective

  • Incorrect item received

Refunds Are Not Accepted For

Refunds are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect size or variant selected by the customer

  • Normal cosmetic variations consistent with the product description

Return Shipping

Returns are not required for approved refunds.

If your order is deemed eligible for a refund, you may keep the item or dispose of it.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Final sale items

  • Discounted or promotional items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

If a package is refused or unclaimed, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.

If your order is successfully delivered without damage, the shipping protection fee is non-refundable.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is accommodated, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
